This week I would like to give a one-week overdue (time constraints last week) shout-out thanks to Duncan "Duke" McEwen. Duncan is a long-time friend of the goKC! staffers and was a Game Master of a role-playing game (RPG) that spawned a few concepts and situations that inspired this storyline, beginning with a homage in the form of the town name of Stalter. Keith and I were Player Characters (PCs) in that particular campaign, so this brings back some fond, if creepy, memories.
